The customer fills out a question form about what kind of housing he or she is looking for and we present the options that best match what was requested.

Our employee will teach the customer all the basics of the home (appliances and rules) and explain the Jump Start Abroad Living Guide that will teach the next steps for living in Japan (registration,insurance,etc.)
